Bag Lifetime Warranty
I offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY (yes, truly a LIFETIME warranty) on all workmanship and materials to the original purchaser of my bags, cooler bags and wet/dry bags (and a 1-year warranty on hands-free pumping bras). What does this mean? If your strap breaks, your zipper snags, I’ll make sure that I take care of you. All you have to do is reach out with your name and order #.
The Lifetime Warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the Sarah Wells item when purchased from Sarah Wells Bags directly or one of our authorized retail partners and does not apply to bras (they have a 1-year warranty)
The Sarah Wells Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as:
1. Fabric scuffs from use
2. Damage caused by travel and/or air carrier handling (not limited to TSA or other air travel security measures)
3. Damage caused by untreated spills or stains
We are not able to grant warranty replacements for items that are purchased second-hand or items purchased during our bi-annual Outlet Sales. Thank you for understanding!
You received a Sarah Wells product for a birthday, baby shower, or holiday - that’s great! All we need to do to verify the purchase is have the original purchaser’s name and where it was purchased. We’ll never reach out to them - promise - we just need to be able to look them up in our system.
We also send multiple confirmation emails to all customers. If your friend still has those in their inbox, verifying the purchase will be as easy as 1-2-3!
If you purchased your bag second-hand, from the Sarah Wells Outlet, or are unable to provide us with your purchase order/location, we will not be able to grant a Warranty Replacement. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may be able to recommend helpful repair tips that other mamas have shared with us over the years. Still have questions? Always get in touch with my team! If we no longer offer your bag for purchase in circumstances where a replacement is necessary, we will issue you another bag at equal or lesser value, or you can choose to pay the difference for a bag offered at a higher cost than the original purchase. In the event of a replacement of lesser value, credits and partial refunds will not be given. We reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement in certain circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIP CHARGES WILL APPLY ON ALL WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS. IF YOU ARE MAKING A RETURN FROM A PROMOTION WHEREIN YOU RECEIVED A FREE ITEM CONTINGENT ON A PURCHASE (BOGO, BUY X GET Y, ETC) THE FREE ITEM MUST BE SENT WITH YOUR RETURN OR THE FULL MSRP WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
Bra Exception Warranty
I stand behind all of our products. I am so confident they will hold up to #pumpinglife that we have an Exception Warranty on all of our bras. This warranty will cover 100% of the material and workmanship of your bra. Please note, this will not include normal wear and tear through standard use, such as:
1. Spills
2. Accidental tears
3. Accidental Stains
4. Damage caused by a washer or dryer or through other methods of cleaning your bra
This warranty on our bras is valid for up to 1-year from the date of receipt of the bra.
The Exception Warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the Sarah Wells bra when purchased from Sarah Wells Bags directly or one of our authorized retail partners. Due to limited supplies, we cannot grant replacements on items that are out of stock. In this case, we will replace your bra with another style or credit the amount you spent towards a gift card.
Returns
Not 100% in love with your Sarah Wells breast pump bag or accessories? No worries, we accept returns for products that are in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a $3 flat-rate return processing fee per order. This will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Returns after 30 days are not permitted and will not be refunded.
Need help starting a return? All you have to do is visit our Returns Center and enter in the email address you used to purchase. You’ll receive a shipping label there, and we’ll refund you (minus the return shipping cost and $3 flat-rate processing fee per order) as soon as we get it back.

Unfortunately, once you purchase an item from the Final Sale section of our website the item cannot be returned.
This is due to the deep discount offered and/or the seasonality of an item. Thank you for understanding!

Our retailers set their own return policies, so please get in touch with them directly to make sure that your item is eligible for return.
Amazon has a very customer-friendly return policy. All you need to do is open the original purchase on the Amazon app or website and request a return. If you have any trouble at all, contact Amazon directly.
Exchanges
We're sorry to hear the size or style did not work out for you! If you are within the "try on" period of 30 days from receipt of your bra, you can exchange or return your unworn (other than to try on) bra in our Exchange Center Here.
Please note: Free Bra Exchanges are only applicable on orders shipped to US addresses. If you need an exchange on a bra for an international order please reach out to our team. If you have any questions please reach out to our Customer Service Team.
Good news- the answer is YES! If you purchase a bra from the Final Sale section, you may still make a FREE exchange for size only. Start the process through the Exchange Center Here.

Sarah Wells Bags does not offer an exchange policy on bags (we do on bras); if you are within your 30-day return window, you may return your item for a refund and purchase another bag. I offer free U.S. and Canada shipping out of our warehouse, but the customer is responsible for shipping back to the warehouse. Questions?
