That means my products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a LIFETIME WARRANTY!*

* The Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the bag, when purchased from sarahwellsbags.com or an authorized retailer; customers may be asked to provide proof-of-purchase; the warranty is non-transferable (e.g., does not transfer if the bag is sold secondhand). If we no longer offer your bag for purchase in circumstances where a replacement is necessary, we will issue you another bag at equal or lesser value, or you can choose to pay the difference for a bag offered at a higher cost than the original purchase. We reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement in certain circumstances. Thank you!

To cancel your order, contact us and we'll help you cancel it, if the order has not already shipped - or - help you process a return for a shipped product.
Please note: I ship out fast to provide my customers with an excellent experience, so get in touch *immediately* if you need to cancel an order as return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
