PRODUCT LIFETIME WARRANTY
I strive for 100% Mama Satisfaction on all of my products.
I offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY (yes, truly a LIFETIME warranty) on all workmanship and materials to the original purchaser of my products. What does this mean? If your strap breaks, your zipper snags, I’ll make sure that I take care of you. All you have to do is reach out with your name and order #.
What’s excluded from this Lifetime Warranty?
The Lifetime Warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the Sarah Wells item when purchased from Sarah Wells Bags directly or one of our authorized retail partners. Due to limited supplies, we cannot grant replacements on Limited Edition bags. In the case of replacing a defective Limited Edition bag, we will provide you with a bag of equal or lesser value. Additional ship fees for warranty replacements apply. We are not able to grant warranty replacements for items that are purchased second-hand. Thank you for understanding!
What if my Sarah Wells product was a gift?
You received a Sarah Wells product for a birthday, baby shower, or holiday - that’s great! All we need to do to verify the purchase is have the original purchaser’s name and where it was purchased. We’ll never reach out to them - promise - we just need to be able to look them up in our system.
We also send multiple confirmation emails to all customers. If your friend still has those in their inbox, verifying the purchase will be as easy as 1-2-3!
What if I am not eligible for a Warranty Replacement?
If you purchased your bag second-hand, or are unable to provide us with your purchase order/location, we will not be able to grant a Warranty Replacement. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may be able to recommend helpful repair tips that other mamas have shared with us over the years. Still have questions? Always get in touch with my team! What if I want a replacement you no longer offer my bag?
If we no longer offer your bag for purchase in circumstances where a replacement is necessary, we will issue you another bag at equal or lesser value, or you can choose to pay the difference for a bag offered at a higher cost than the original purchase. In the event of a replacement of lesser value, credits and partial refunds will not be given. We reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement in certain circumstances
Please note: Ship charges will apply on all Warranty Replacements. If you are making a return from a promotion wherein you received a free item contingent on a purchase (BOGO, Buy X Get Y, etc) the free item must be sent with your return or the full MSRP will be deducted from your refund.

Hey mama! Not 100% in love with your Sarah Wells breast pump bag or accessory? That’s totally fine. We accept returns for products that are in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase. All you have to do is visit my Returns Center and enter in the email address you used to purchase. You’ll receive a ship label there, and we’ll refund you (minus the return shipping cost) as soon as we get it back. Returns after 30 days are not permitted and will not be refunded.
What if my Sarah Wells product was a gift?
Get in touch with my amazing customer service team to see what we can do! If you have the name of the gift giver, the order #, and/or where the bag was purchased, that’s even better! Just drop a quick note to email@example.com
Need to return a bag purchased from an Authorized Retailer?
Our retailers set their own return policies, so please get in touch with them directly to make sure that your item is eligible for return.
Have an issue with a bag purchased at Amazon.com?
Amazon has a very customer-friendly return policy. All you need to do is open the original purchase on the Amazon app or website and request a return. If you have any trouble at all, contact Amazon directly.
What if I love my breast pump bag but want a different color or style?
Sarah Wells Bags does not offer a formal exchange policy; if you are within your 30-day return window, you may return your item for a refund and purchase another bag. I offer free U.S. shipping out of our warehouse, but the customer is responsible for shipping back to the warehouse. Questions? Go ahead and email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
