*Products will be replaced under the lifetime guarantee only to the original purchaser/recipient of the bag, and you may be asked for proof of purchase. I'm sorry, I cannot replace a bag bought secondhand, etc. Thank you!

Need to cancel an order from my website?

To cancel your order, contact us and we'll help you cancel it, if the order has not already shipped - or - help you process a return for a shipped product.

Please note: I ship out fast to provide my customers with an excellent experience, so get in touch *immediately* if you need to cancel an order as return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy: 30-days in new, re-sellable condition. 

Please note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer; you will be provided with a prepaid label and the cost of the shipment will be deducted from your refund.
