At Sarah Wells, we stand behind our products. We offer an Epic Warranty on breast pump bags, cooler bags, wet/dry bags, and accessory bags, along with a One-Year Warranty on bras and apparel.

Epic Warranty Coverage
The Epic Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. This includes seams separating, hardware (foot covers, zippers, straps) failing during normal wear, and similar manufacturing or material defects.
The Epic Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, customer damage, or abuse, including: Damage from accident or improper care. Staining, odor, or damage from external sources. Damage from snagging, catching, or rough handling. Intentional modifications. Normal wear and tear such as cosmetic changes, scuffs, or zipper wear from regular use. For bras and apparel: stretching, clasp wear, Velcro wear, or laundering damage
Coverage by Product Type
- Epic Warranty: Breast pump bags, cooler bags, wet/dry bags, and accessory organizer bags
- One-Year Warranty: Bras and apparel (materials and workmanship)
- Sarah Wells offers select products from partner brands, including milk chillers, breast pumps, children’s clothing, and postpartum accessories. These items are not manufactured by Sarah Wells and are not covered under the Sarah Wells Epic Warranty. Partner products may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the packaging, included inserts, or the brand’s website for warranty information.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
Your order number serves as verification of purchase. You must provide your original order number and order date from an approved seller. Warranty coverage applies only to original purchases made through approved platforms and sellers:

- Durable Medical Equipment providers (Aeroflow, Acelleron)
- Retail and boutique partners (Fargo Milk Market, Milkworks, Milk & Baby)
- Amazon.com USA (only when sold by “Sarah Wells Bags”)
- Walmart.com (only when sold by “Sarah Wells Bags”)
- Target.com (only when sold by “Sarah Wells Bags”)
- Babylist.com
Not Eligible for Warranty
Purchases made through any unauthorized reseller, secondhand marketplace, buy/sell/trade group, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, or any seller not listed above. Merch items (luggage tags, water bottles, stickers), seasonal items, and partner products are not covered under warranty. Bags gifted as donations or for Brand Ambassador or Affiliate programs. No exceptions.
Original Purchaser Requirement
This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser. If you received the product as a gift, you must obtain the original order number and purchase information from the gift giver.
Warranty Claim Resolution
When a warranty claim is approved, you will receive store credit to SarahWellsBags.com in the amount of the original purchase price paid. Store credit does not include taxes, shipping, or fees. If a discount code or promotion was used, the credit amount reflects the final price paid.
Store credit expires 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended or reinstated.
Store credit allows you to choose a replacement bag in your preferred style or color, or select a different product from our collection.
International Warranty Claims
International purchases are covered under the same warranty terms as U.S. purchases. Store credit does not include shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with receiving their store credit replacement.
Our Commitment
We remain deeply committed to supporting every pumping journey. By clearly defining how our Epic Warranty works, we ensure we can continue offering this promise with integrity and fairness for the customers who rely on us.
Duration and Limitations
The Epic Warranty is valid for the operational lifetime of Sarah Wells, LLC. If Sarah Wells, LLC ceases operations, is sold, dissolved, or otherwise discontinues business, all warranty obligations will terminate.
How to File a Claim
To file a warranty claim, email customerservice@sarahwellsbags.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Order date
- Proof of purchase location (which platform you purchased from)
- Photo(s) of the defect
