Shipping & Delivery: What to Expect
A note about delivery times: Once your package is with the carrier, they determine the route and final delivery timeline. Weather, local conditions, and seasonal volume may cause delays.
Do you guarantee delivery timeframes?
Economy shipping timeframes are estimated. Especially during the holiday season while arrival by holidays are not guaranteed, we provide shipping deadlines given to our small business by the carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), set by their companies with their good faith estimate of arrival. Sarah Wells Bags is not responsible for delayed shipments that don't make it in time (though we'll be super sad too). Thank you for understanding!
Expedited shipping options are guaranteed as they are upgraded services provided by the carrier. Should you have any issues with an upgraded shipping service please reach out to us right away. All upgraded shipping orders ship same business day when received by noon EST.
When will I receive my tracking information?
For in-stock items, tracking details are generally sent within 3 business days. During the holiday season, our small-but-mighty team handles a much higher volume of orders, so tracking may take a little extra time. We truly appreciate your patience as we get your Sarah Wells goodies packed up with care.
My package hasn’t moved, what should I do?
Carrier scans aren’t always consistent, especially during busier seasons or when weather gets in the way.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, please reach out to us—our team is always happy to help and will make sure your order is on track.
Lost & Stolen Package Protection. What does it cover?
Our package protection plan covers situations where a shipment is officially marked lost, stolen, or missing.
If your order is experiencing a delay, but the carrier has not entered it into one of those statuses, the protection doesn’t apply in that case—even though we know delays can be incredibly frustrating. If you ever have questions, please contact us and we’ll walk through it together.
How do Pre-Orders ship?
When your order contains a Pre-Order product the whole order will ship once the Pre-Order is available for shipping. If there are any updates on Pre-Order items the Sarah Wells Team will reach out.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer several expedited options at checkout if you need your order faster:
- Overnight
- 2-Day
- 3-Day
All expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for same-day shipment.
Look for the blue Buy with Prime button on eligible products listings to take advantage of Amazon’s fast Prime shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location. Simply create your order and proceed to checkout to view the available options.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
We’ll do our very best to make the change before your package ships. Once an order has been processed or picked up by the carrier, we’re no longer able to adjust the address.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see my package. What should I do?
Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered a little early. We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, building staff, or your mailroom
- Looking around porches, side doors, garages, or other alternate delivery spots
- Giving it 1–2 business days, as packages often appear shortly after being marked delivered

Every Sarah Wells breast pump bag, backpack, tote, wet/dry bag, cooler bag, and accessory organizer bag is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as we're in business. Journey bras and apparel are covered with our one year warranty.
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
How do I exchange my bra or bra-in-clothing items for another size?
If you already know what size you need, head to our Returns Center to make an exchange for a different size. (If you purchased our "Right Fit Exchange Guarantee" you'll have a FREE exchange, no extra shipping or handling costs; if you did not purchase this assurance with your original order, we'll charge a flat rate of $12 to cover your inbound and outbound exchange costs.)

Please note: we do not take bra and bra-in-clothing exchanges on international orders -- we're sorry about this! Please ensure you have the right sizing ahead of international orders by consulting the size charts on our product pages or reaching out to customer service.
What is your returns policy?
While we aim for you to be head over heels in love with your Sarah Wells breast pump bag or accessories - it's not a problem if you need to make a return.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all new unused bags, coolers, wet/dry and organizer bags along with unworn bras and bra-in-clothing. For hygienic reasons, any bras or bra-in-clothing products that are returned must be unworn (other than to try on) and unwashed, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on breast pumps or parts.

Please note: any items marked "final sale" on our website, including but not limited to: merch (luggage tags, waterbottles, stickers, etc) as well as all seasonal items like our swim tops, and items from partner Ceres Chill, are not returnable.
How do I start the returns process?
Need help starting a return? All you have to do is visit our Returns Center and enter in the email address you used to purchase. You’ll receive a shipping label there, and we’ll refund you(minus the return shipping cost and $3 flat-rate processing fee per order)as soon as we get it back.
Returns after 30 days are not permitted and will not be refunded.
How do I return something I bought from this website?
We happily accept returns for products in new condition within 30-days of purchase. Follow this link to initiate your return, provided it falls within our return policy.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a $3 flat-rate return processing fee per order. This will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Returns after 30-days are not accepted and will not be refunded.
How do I return your products if I bought from amazon or another retailer?
Please follow the returns policy and returns process of the retailer from whom you purchased your Sarah Wells product; that being said, we always love to hear from our customers, wherever you shop our products, so please do not hesitate to reach out if we can help in any way!
How can I cancel my order?
We totally get it! Sometimes you find an order mistake or have a change of heart. We typically can cancel orders within an hour of the order being placed; please reach out to our epic customer service team ASAP if you have a problem and we'll see what we can do!
