Warranty Policy

At Sarah Wells, we proudly offer the only true Lifetime Warranty in our industry on breast pump bags, cooler bags, wet/dry bags and accessory bags, along with a one-year warranty on bras and apparel. To protect this commitment and prevent fraud, please review the policy below before purchasing.

COVERAGE BY PRODUCT TYPE

Lifetime Warranty: Breast pump bags, cooler bags, wet/dry bags, accessory and organizer bags

One-Year Warranty: Bras and apparel with built-in support (materials and workmanship)

ELIGIBLE PURCHASE LOCATIONS

Warranty coverage applies only to original purchases made through the following approved platforms and sellers:

  • SarahWellsBags.com
  • Durable Medical Equipment providers (Aeroflow, Acelleron)
  • Retail and boutique partners (Fargo Milk Market, Milk & Baby)
  • Amazon.com USA (only when sold by “Sarah Wells Bags”)
  • Walmart.com (only when sold by “Sarah Wells Bags”)
  • Target.com (only when sold by “Sarah Wells Bags”)
  • Babylist.com

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY

Purchases made through any unauthorized reseller, secondhand marketplace, buy/sell/trade group, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, or any seller not listed above are not eligible for warranty, credit, repair or replacement. Items purchased during Outlet Sales or from the SALE section of our website are also excluded from warranty. Bags that are gifted as donation or for Brand Ambassador or Affiliate programs are not covered under the warranty. No exceptions.

ORIGINAL PURCHASER & RECEIPT REQUIREMENT

Warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and will only be issued to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you receive a product as a gift, you must obtain the original proof of purchase from the gift giver. We encourage gift givers to retain receipts or gift confirmations so that warranty rights may be preserved. Without verifiable proof of purchase from an approved seller, warranty claims cannot be honored.

APPROVED WARRANTY RESOLUTION

If a warranty claim is approved, a store credit will be issued to SarahWellsBags.com in the amount of the original purchase price paid, not the current retail price. Credits do not include taxes, shipping or fees. If a discount code or promotion was used, the final price paid is the credit amount. Credits expire 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended or reinstated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International purchases are covered under these same warranty terms; however, all shipping costs required for any warranty replacement or credit redemption are the responsibility of the customer, including in cases where the original order included free or subsidized shipping.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of bags and accessories or for one year on bras and apparel.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, stains, scuffs, fading, zipper wear, strap fraying, damage from use, mishandling, washing or drying, or modifications to the product. For bras and apparel, the one-year warranty does not cover stretching, clasp wear, Velcro wear or laundering damage.

PARTNER PRODUCTS (NON–SARAH WELLS ITEMS)

Sarah Wells offers select products from partner brands, including milk chillers, breast pumps, children’s clothing and postpartum accessories. These items are not manufactured by Sarah Wells and are not covered under any Sarah Wells warranty. Partner products may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the packaging, included inserts or the brand’s website for warranty information. If you experience an issue with a partner product, you are welcome to contact us and we will gladly help refer you to the original brand, but we cannot refund, replace or warranty any non–Sarah Wells items.
