Done pumping? Your bag deserves its next chapter — and you deserve something back for it. Here's how it works:
1. Submit your bag. Fill out our quick intake form with your order info, a few photos, and the condition of your bag. We verify your purchase against our records to ensure every Rare Finds bag is an authentic Sarah Wells product. Due to this being a pilot program, we only re-sell bags with the original purchaser, purchased originally directly on our website sarahwellsbags.com at this time (we cannot re-sell your bags purchased at Amazon, a local boutique, etc.). As this is an opportunity for customers to purchase "rare finds" at amazing prices, we currently are only taking pre-loved bags in good condition, free of defects, and that are retired or sold out prints, patterns and styles. We do not accept bras or accessory bags to our re-sale program.
2. We handle the rest. Our team reviews your submission, sets a fair resale price based on condition, and creates the listing with your photos. You don't have to write a description, figure out pricing, or deal with buyers.
3. Your bag sells. When a buyer purchases your bag, we send you a prepaid shipping label. Just pack it up and drop it off — we'll notify you when it's time.
4. You get paid. Choose your payout: 70% of the sale price in cash (back to your original order payment method as a "refund") or 100% as Sarah Wells store credit (in the form of a code with a 12-month expiration) — perfect for gifting a new bag to a friend, stocking up on accessories, or treating yourself to something new.
Pre-Loved bags are sold as-is and are not covered under the Sarah Wells warranty. Flat $9.99 shipping on all Rare Finds orders paid by the buyer.
